Just How Versatile Are IMC Tray Bussing Racks?

In a high volume, busy restaurant setting, tables are constantly being turned over. This means you’ll need a way to clean & clear tables, so you can seat new patrons consistently & quickly. This cannot be done without the aid of a tray bussing rack. But, what makes them so important?

In this article, we’ll look at the defining advantages of a tray bussing rack & then give you a complete breakdown of IMC’s own product. Let’s begin.

Speed is Key

The main point to remember is that by supplying your restaurant a tray bussing rack, your employees will be able to transport larger loads of dirty dishes in fewer trips. This is in large part due to the casters that are integral with the bussing rack. Fewer trips mean more clean tables, which in turn mean increased guest capacity. Cutting down on cleanup time & efforts is paramount.

Not Just for Picking up Dirty Dishes

We’ve established that tray bussing racks are mainly used for handling those dirty dishes. Let it be known that an enclosed design opens up a new world of possibilities for your tray bussing rack. Here are 3 reasons why:

1. Enclosed bussing racks are great for transporting items to & from your storage supply area. You don’t have to worry about the trays moving around or potentially falling out, leading to a messy situation.

2. They can be used to store your baked food items such as cookies or buns without the fear of contamination. Safety & sanitation are important in today’s world, plus your creations will not dehydrate while in storage.

3. Enclosed bussing racks can be stored anywhere in the kitchen, so they are perfect for busy environments with limited space.
