What to Expect from IMC/Teddy in 2020
2019 has come & gone. It’s been quite a successful & exciting decade!
Many of you have been asking about what our plans are for 2020 & beyond & what have we been working on the past year. With the advent of 2020, IMC/Teddy is ready to share with you some coming attractions to look out for in the months ahead.
Without further ado, here’s a list of 8 things you can expect from IMC/Teddy throughout 2020:
1. New Products: A new year means new products! We are currently developing innovative products for release in 2020. We’ll be releasing a corner floor trough to join our growing lineup of corner equipment. We are also engineering a “chef’s cabinet” & a “mat cabinet”. Further specifications & photos will be released throughout the year, stay tuned!
2. Stock Item Additions: In 2019, we added a few products to the current stock list. For 2020, we are planning to implement even more stock items to better service our dealers. When new products are added, we will share the news with you promptly.
3. KCL/Revit Product Growth: IMC has a suite of products on KCL/Revit. We will continue to add additional products throughout the year to flesh out these channels. Check out the current IMC KCL/Revit page here.
4. Video Library Expansion: As part of our initiative to bring you the latest information on our products, expect more video product tutorials & how-to guides. A text guide is good, but nothing compares to a thorough visual guide!
5. Boosted Social Media Presence: IMC Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & LinkedIn are active everyday & seeing steady growth. Be sure to follow/like us to receive daily updates on company developments. We are planning to hold special events throughout the year via social media. We are excited to take our social presence to the next level!
In 2019, IMC began Food for Thought, our food service industry & company news blog. We are very gracious for the positive feedback & comments we have received! In 2020, we’ll continue to send our weekly e-mails regarding our blog content. If you would like to join our mailing list, please click here.
Even though we have YouTube, we want it to see more action. As mentioned above, all of our tutorial & how-to guides will be hosted via YouTube. Keep on the lookout for other special company related videos as well.
6. Canada Rep Development: IMC/Teddy representatives are highly qualified, courteous, knowledgeable, & loyal. We are proud to have them as part of our team. For 2020, we are looking to grow our rep network into Canada. If you have any recommendations regarding Canada reps, please let us know.
7. Continued Customer Service: As always, we are happy to assist with any pending questions you may have on any of our catalog items or your project requirements. With that said, we are expanding our installation manual library to better serve you. 8. Nonstop Commitment to Excellence: As you know, IMC/Teddy only manufactures its products in the USA & the emphasis is always on quality. Only the highest quality stainless steel is used for each product produced in our factory. For 2020, we plan on continuing this pledge. At IMC/Teddy, we truly believe that quality is pride of workmanship.
