Cold Food Counter w/ Refrigerated “Air Screen” Cold Air Pan

  • Top: 16GA Type 304 stainless steel with 2” channel edge, all corners welded,
    ground and polished. Stainless steel channel bracing provided as necessary
  • Frame: 14GA Stainless steel multi-formed, fully welded vertical corner uprights
  • Apron: 18GA stainless steel, 10” apron welded to framework
  • Cold Pan: Self contained unit with 6’ long cord & plug.
    Distributes cooled air over the food as well as under the display bottom.
    A white bottom display is also included for crocks, pans, etc.
    This bottom gives the look of frost and ice with sanitary conditions.
    Food temperatures are held below 41-degrees in ambient temperatures of up to 86 degrees.
    Wiring for installation on 208 volt units shall be 4 wire
  • Undershelf: 18GA S/S full size undershelf welded to uprights for extra stability and storage
  • Casters: 5” Heavy Duty ball bearing swivel casters, (2) with brakes
  • Interlocking Device: As required, quick release latches are provided to join units together
  • All Units Include Stainless Steel Undershelf, Front & End Panels
